Quicken is changing the amount in my Split for my Mortgage - Why?

So, tell me why this is happening.

I have a recurring mortgage payment, every two weeks. I have 2 lines in the split, one for principal and one for interest, the SAME amounts every two weeks.

For some unknown reason, Quicken swaps the amounts. I have gone in and edited this instance and all future instance but that doesn't matter. Next time Login, the amounts are swapped. It doesn't change the whole amount of the payment, just the 2 split lines. (Doesn't change it while I'm using Quicken, but the next time I launch Quicken, the amounts are swapped. )

Why?
