QuickPay Payment Delay

QuickPay payments are taking too long. Payment clears my account within 24 hours but takes at least 5-6 days to post to the payee. It appears someone is making money on the float in this case. I can pay much quicker through my bank or through the payee website.

How long has this issue been happening?
Were these payments happening faster in the past, or have they always been slow?
Is this issue specific to one Payee?
Are you having this issue paying from one specific financial institution or several?
