Creating a csv for importing historical Investment Transactions

I'm working with a CSV file containing all activity across four brokerage accounts. I've successfully imported all but the cash deposit and withdrawals. What is the secret to getting those formatted correctly in the CSV so that they upload properly?

It seems like they are using the same action terms as used in the QIF files, so "Cash" could be used with the sign of the amount flagging if it is a Withdraw or a Deposit, but it seems like the normal syntax of [Other Account] in the category field for a transfer will not work. It turns it into regular category with this syntax -Other Account-.
