    I have not been able to update my Quicken account with Bank of Hawaii as well. Instead I receive a CC-501 error code. Thanks for the earlier posts. Look forward to a resolution.

    Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing this issue. The CC-501 error is how the known issue appears in Quicken for Windows.     12/3/25 Still unable to Bank of Hawaii using Quicken Classic Business & Personal V R65.17, Build 27.16.65.17 Contacted BoH and they said it is a Quicken issue and they are supposedly working on it.
