Ever since PNC updated their on-line banking, I can no longer connect through Quicken. I deactivated all my accounts, but I can no longer connect them.
When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to your PNC account?
Quicken BillPay only works with Direct Connect, which quite a few banks have dropped. DC is a two-way connection, while Express Web Connect+ is one-way, download, only.
Same problem….
Says Express Web Connect +. I dont seem to have the option for Direct Connect when adding the accounts.
