Problem with bank download

Since a few days, I am having problems with downloaded transactions from multiple bank account.

Downloaded transactions have a name wich is different from the one in my register, causing double s…..

Ex: MBNA vs Paiement/MBNA

How can I correct this problem ?

    It's unclear exactly what you're saying. Is MBNA/etc the name of the account? A Payee? The category? What?

    @NotACPA MBNA is provider of MasterCard branded credit card services and is a division of the Toronto Dominion (TD) Bank (of Canada). Knowing that, I would guess that, in the example, MBNA is the payee in the referenced transaction, i.e. a payment from a bank account to a credit card account. Nonetheless, I do agree that the OP has not provided sufficient information or examples to make the issue entirely clear. However, it sounds like a Payee renaming rule matter.

    @Arctic Hare Thanks for the comment, but you're forgetting that I'm a former bank VP. I know quite well what MBNA is.

    I agree with NotACPA that it is a Payee renaming rule matter…… How do I correct it ?
