One step update does not include all accounts.

I recently added my daughter's fidelity Roth account to my Quicken. (I am an authorized user). This part was easy. When I ran One Step Update, it updated all the accounts including mine and her other accounts except this one. I had to do a separate One Step Update for her Roth account and it was successful.

When I added her three other accounts (T-IRA, Brokerage, CMA) to my Quicken 2-3 years ago, they were automatically included in the One Step Update. I don't understand why this one is treated separately. I use the same log in credential, so nothing really changed.

Is there a way to add this to the master One step update ? Or update settings ?

Thank you.

If you use your credentials to log into the website, does her Roth show there?

Because when I login, I see all of my wife's accounts also, and when I do OSU, the resulting summary shows all 6 accounts as being updated (4 mine, 2 hers).

Yes, when I use my log in ID and PWD, her Roth shows under Authorized section . I can see all of her 4 accounts and do stock trading and other activities. When I perform OSU, only her Roth is excluded and have to run OSU separately.
