Budget reverting back
I spent quite a while yesterday setting up my budget only to have it revert back each time. After giving up and researching the problem, I see this is an issue from as far back as 2023 which is frustrating because it tells me Intuit hasn't invested in resolving the problem. I see I am supposed to turn off the cloud sync feature in order for my changes to save. Can I then turn cloud sync back on? Such an odd solution for a product that is now subscription/cloud based. The planning feature isn't as functional as the old version of Quicken. Anyone found a better personal finance application?

Intuit hasn’t owned Quicken in many years. The new company is called Quicken Inc.
As for using Sync to Mobile/Web. The main reason you will find no SuperUsers recommending using it is because of these exact kinds of problems. And I will state that means that none of the SuperUsers can tell you what you can or cannot do to prevent it from occurring again other than not use it. It is definitely a use at your own risk “feature”.
It has been that way from the day it was released.
Also you can’t discuss other companies’ personal financial software on here.
