Poor Argument for Price Increase!

1)  My main financial institution is small (Coastal Federal Credit Union) I know, but how long does it take to update Quicken when the institution does an upgrade on their side. It is very infrequent compared to changes Quicken has made and the Credit has had to make adjustments.  I am a long time Quicken user and as I approach 80, I rely heavily on this application. With a very small fixed income, tracking is critical.  Thanks for listening to my "**** session". 

2)  I would not be bragging about how many bugs you created and had to fix in an effort to get more money!  (unless you are spending it on Quality Assurance!)
