manual download trying to install from msi

Since a recent update the credit cards I manually download quicken files from are causing an attempt to install something to do the update to quicken. This means it won't update.

    This is a known issue that’s already been escalated internally. We don’t have an ETA yet, but our teams are actively working on it. In the meantime, please check this Community Alert for updates. It also includes steps to uninstall and reinstall Quicken, which some users have reported has resolved the issue for them.
