Up until July everything was working great. In August support told me I could install a previous back up while they work with Fidelity. That worked until mid October. Since then my linked checking account no longer shows paid individual transactions, only the full amount of cash deducted leaving a zero balance. For 2 months now I have had to go to Fidelity and enter my transactions manually into quicken. Isn't this what Quicken is supposed to do? Now I see BOA is also switching connection methods. Please quicken…help your loyal customers and fix the issues with Fidelity!!

I also have a Linked Checking Account in Q, that represents the cash portion of my taxable Fidelity brokerage account … and I haven't experienced any such issue.

SO, I can only suggest that you re-contact Q Support, via the link at the top of this page, and further explore the matter with them.

Also, have you gone to Fidelity's website and explored what's showing there? Why is that 12/5 transaction marked as Reconciled?
