Reconciling again
Since the last Quicken update a few weeks ago, I no longer get R and C in the clear column when I reconcile. I just get a message telling me onscreen that all the transactions match. I asked the AI Quicken help how to fix this- and did exactly what it said- go into the account list and check the online and display options. It didn't work. Is this part of One Step Update? I know I'm being a bit old-fashioned, but I would like those Rs and Cs back. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I haven't seen similar posts to yours, so the problem might be "local to you", like maybe some sort of file corruption.
If you believe that it's specific to that Quicken update, probably the first thing to try is to "roll back" to an earlier version to see if that fixes things. Several previous updates are listed here:

I had to validate my file and then re-establish the webconnect for the account. It works now! Thanks.
