Unable to connect to SCCU online for business accounts. Noticed this change after updating to v65.17. Personal account seems to be working correctly. Not sure why business is behaving differently.

If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information regarding error CC-501.
As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and may likely need to file an escalation.

I’ve had an open case for two weeks now that they claim was allegedly “escalated,” yet more than a week later has passed with no returned calls or meaningful updates, [Removed - Violation of Community Guidelines]
When I contacted Live Agent Support again, the Guatemala-based agent ([Removed - Inaccurate/Speculation]) [Removed - Inaccurate/Speculation], and no new updates for paying customers.
