Default Email Message Business and Personal

I'm sure this has come up before. But, the solution is easy; it just has to be implemented. When sending invoices via the built in email the customer message is generic. There should be a way of making a list of different messages for different situations or at least an editable default message for a specific customer list. For example, we send out our HOA dues invoice January 1. Our HOA members are not our customers! Currently, we have to create an email message and copy it to the clipboard and replace the default message with paste for each and every member. It really is a shame that a program that touts itself as a business program can't do this simple task. Hopefully, someone in programing will take on the task. Thanks for listening.
