Enlarge drop down menus or allow resize

There are a lot of drop down menus that only contain a small number of options. I have a 4k monitor, it is extremely annoying to scroll a list of 100 items 8 items at a time.

Please enlarge these drop down menus or allow for resizing.

Also enable searching in the list instead of just first letter jumping.
