Quicken requests reauthorization for Fidelity LINKED cash account

I have a Fidelity brokerage account that shows cash in a linked checking account. Quicken is constantly asking me to reauthorize this linked account, which cannot be reauthorized since it's not a "real" Fidelity account; it's part of the brokerage account that has already been reauthorized.

I have gone through reauthorization multiple times without eliminating this request. I contacted Quicken Support and they instructed me to change the show cash in a linked checking account to "no." But the account has nearly twenty years of transactions in it. After a full twenty-four hours, it had not succeeded in remerging the cash transactions into the brokerage account. I hit End Task and restored a backup.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this error, without remerging the cash account into the brokerage, since that appears it will take days?

Thank you.

    Hello @andrew.h.zack,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. I suspect the issue may be file-specific, since, if an account needed to be reauthorized, Quicken should be telling you to reauthorize the brokerage account it's linked to, not the linked account itself. To start troubleshooting this, I suggest that you try validating your data file.  Please save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    Validate:

    1. File
    2. Validate and Repair File... Validate and repair.png
    3. Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

Please let me know how it goes!
