Etrade has 2 accounts, but Quicken only sees one of them.
I am trying to reconnect my Etrade accounts to Quicken, but I only see one account, my IRA. I can’t see my savings account. I thought it might be an Etrade/Morgan Stanley issue but it is not. Doesn’t appear to be a 2FA issue either. // Quicken Classic Deluxe Version 8.3.3 (Build 803.58927.100) // macOS 26.1
(Reason for reconnect: Quicken was throwing an error on my IRA download, so only solution was to disconnect/reconnect to accounts.) Any guidance is much appreciated!!

Hello @nokama,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot this, I checked our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions). From what I can see, the E*Trade connection option supports investment accounts, but not banking accounts. The E*Trade Bank connection option shows that it supports banking accounts.
Are you able to connect that savings account using the E*Trade Bank connection option?
If the account isn't showing as an option under that connection either, then it may be something is causing the account to appear dormant. Have there been any transactions in the account within the last 90 days, other than interest transactions? Are you the primary account holder? If it's a shared account, are you using the primary account holder's login credentials? Is the account directly through E*Trade, or is it serviced by another financial institution?
I look forward to your reply!
Quicken Kristina
