Double posting of Amex card

Our Amex card is posting the transactions twice but under different credit cards. It don’t see the transaction in the accounts page only on the transaction page. How do I correct this?

I have some follow-up questions for you.
- How long has this issue been happening?
- You are only seeing these extra transactions from the "All Transactions" tab; you do not see them within the actual account registers. Is that correct?
- Are all of the transactions posted twice, or only specific ones, like transfers?
- Do you have any hidden AMEX accounts?
- Do you use Quicken Mobile & Web?
- Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
- If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
