Anyone able to connect to Transamerica 403b? (not the insurance portal)

Question

To connect to my Transamerica 403b, I need to connect to the employer and retirement accounts page at secure2.transamerica.com, but currently Quicken only connects to the insurance portal of premier.transamerica.com.  Any recommendations on a fix please?

Thank you for providing that information.  When I check our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions), I do not see any connection options which use that URL.  The closest one is the insurance portal, which I can see you already tried (and got an invalid credentials error).

That indicates the connection is not supported.  Since it is the financial institution's decision whether to support a connection with Quicken or not, I recommend that you contact the financial institution directly and let them know this is a feature you would like to see added.

Thank you for reaching out.  To help troubleshoot, please provide the URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website.  This information can be used to check our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions) to see which connection option, if any, you can use to connect your account in Quicken.
