RBC Wealth Management OFX Error:16503

Looks like RBC Wealth Management Servers are down again and won't communicate with Quicken. I can log in to their website directly with no problem. I updated my password to see if that would fix the problem… it did not… anyone else having this problem?

Looks like RBC support is not available on the weekends…

    Hello @rexjakeman,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. If you haven't already done so, please follow these troubleshooting steps from our article on error code 16503:

Make sure that your account settings in Quicken match the services currently provided by your financial institution. To do so:

    1. Open the register for the affected account.
    2. Click the Settings button in the bottom right corner.  image.png
    3. In the Account Settings screen, click Bill Pay. image.png
    4. In the Bill Pay tab, review if the Bank Bill Pay status is set to On. If you don't have Bill Pay enabled with your bank, but the status in Quicken is On, you will need to turn it off.

    If the issue persists

If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, you will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.

    I hope this helps!
