Tab Bar mostly missing and has Black window bar covering - Still Not Fixed?

It is surprising that this has not been addressed for months now by Quicken… Should be a relatively easy fix. As stated by other, the Tab bar gets partially covered by a black bar after one step update download. We have the latest Version R65.17 and the issues has not corrected. HHmmm ?

    I'm not experiencing that issue. The first troubleshooting step I would try is re-installing the Quicken software.

    I am going to go out on a limb and suggest Quicken Inc has had their hands full dealing with all the issues from the Fidelity switch to Express Web Connect+ so issues like the black tab bar impacting what looks like only a few users is not getting priority.

    One way to get some traction on a fix is to have all the user’s experiencing the issue to use Help | Report a Problem and call support to report the issue.

    This discussion from a couple months ago sounds like the same issue:

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
