Is there any update on the Elevations CU connector outage that has been ongoing for at least 2 weeks and counting? Elevations clearly says it is a Quicken issue.

I want to upvote this. Unacceptable since I use quicken for budget management. Getting ready to switch platforms.

Changing to a different money management software product just because of problems with one bank's transaction downloads sounds to me like overkill. Think about converting your Quicken data file to the new software … does it properly support this conversion function?

If you're unhappy about a specific bank's Support Center not responding to customer complaints …

Have you contacted the bank's Office of the President? That sometimes gets results.

If all else fails, consider moving your accounts to a different bank.

This issue with Elevations is emblematic of Quicken's ongoing issues with downloads. My two primary financial institutions are now not functioning with Quicken - Fidelity and Elevations.

I am asking the Quicken team to stop adding features, stop tweaking the look, stop doing anything that does not improve the reliability of the core product, and take care of longtime users. Nothing is more frustrating than your financial management software being highly unreliable.
