CC-501 Ameris Bank-GA [Edited]

I can't update data from Ameris Bank-GA and the problem is over a week old (CC-501 error). I've called support three times but are always told "we're working on it". How long does it take to remedy the situation. I've used this software for years with no issues related to updating with this bank. When will this be resolved?

    CC-501 with Ameris Bank is currently part of a larger Known Issue affecting multiple banks. The issue has been escalated internally, and our teams are working toward a resolution. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when this will be resolved.

    I just received an email that this ticket was closed. I still can't update Ameris Bank-GA. What is the solution??

    Thanks for following up.

    To make sure I understand correctly, can you clarify what ticket you’re referring to in the email you received? Was it related to a support case you opened directly, or did it reference the Community Alert linked above?

    From our side, the Community Alert previously linked by @Quicken Alyssa for this issue remains open, and the corresponding internal escalation is still active and ongoing. There has been no resolution posted yet.

    Once we have a bit more clarity on the notification you received, we can better explain what it may be referring to.
