Delete "New Check Pay Payee added" email notification (Q Mac)

It appears it's impossible to unsubscribe or turn off the "New Check Pay Payee added" email notifications. Considering the volume of bills I pay, these unnecessary email notifications clog up my inbox.

I recommend giving users the option to unsubscribe or turn these email notifications off.

May I ask how many Check Pay payees you have to add in total?

Once you have them added for the first month, next month they should not be "new" any longer. So no more emails.

OTOH, wherever possible and supported by the biller, you should use alternative payment methods. There's only a limited number of free Check Pay transactions per month. Additional transactions will cost a fee. See Quicken Bill Manager: How many payments can I make each month?

    • Quick Pay: will contact the biller's website and make a one-time direct debit from your checking account or a credit card on due date. Remember to repeat this every month for every biller.
    • Auto Pay by the biller: on the biller's website you logon once and set up authorization to make automatic recurring direct debit payments on due date. Once set up, you won't have to remember to make payments every month.
    • Write (or print with Quicken) a paper check every month. Remember to pay 10 - 14 days early, to allow for mail delivery and processing before due date.
