Quicken stopped updating my account in October. I have deactivated and tried to reconnect but I am getting an error message ("CUSTOM-0") when I try this. I know my login credentials are correct.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. This is a known issue. According to the alert, Charles Schwab has shut down the Retirement Services (DC) Direct Connect server. Because that host is gone, One Step Update will not be able to update accounts connected to that connection option.
If Schwab supports QFX, you may still be able to update the account using Web Connect/QFX.
