Nordstrom link still broken

The update to Nordstrom Bank has been broken for over a year, this appears to be a Mac version only issue? Online support sent me a status link last updated in MARCH.
Why should we pay an annual fee for an application that requires me to manually enter every transaction? Are there any plans to fix this issue, which appears to have been resolved on Windows?
Or at least tell your IA engine not to reset the link 3 times, when it's a long known bug on your end?😡

    Thank you for reaching out. The known issue is not exclusive to Quicken for Mac; it impacts Quicken for Windows also. Some users have been able to get connected, while others are still encountering error messages/codes. What is happening when you try to connect/update your Nordstrom account(s)? Are you seeing any error message/code?
