Duplication and balance changes???

Not exactly sure how to describe what is happening other than voodoo. To set the stage... online balance is equal to ending balance. All entries have been accepted and I am adding the category to transactions. When I attempt to add/change a category and hit enter, the transaction duplicates and the end balance changes by way more than the duplicate entry. I took a video but it says it is too big to post.

    Hello @almar919,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Does this happen in only one account, multiple accounts, or all accounts? Is your register sorted with the newest transactions at the top or at the bottom? Does closing out of Quicken, then reopening the program cause the account to go back to normal, or is the duplicate and wrong balance still there?
