Edward Jones issue
Edward Jones is not updating transactions since December 1. Not getting an error message, just not reflecting dividend transactions and other automatic transactions. Just me, or anyone else?
I've tried logging out, logging back in, disconnecting the account and reconnecting.
What else should I try to resolve the issue?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Missing transactions—especially when no error code appears—can happen for a few different reasons, so here are a few things to check to help narrow it down.
First, please review the steps in this support article. It walks through the most common causes, including:
- Sort order or filters in the register (transactions may be there but not visible).
- Pending vs. cleared status on the Edward Jones website—pending items won’t download.
- Transactions older than the financial institution’s download window (typically 90–200 days).
- Unexpected matching or renaming of downloaded transactions.
- Recently deleted or moved transactions, which cannot be redownloaded.
If none of the above applies and the missing activity is Direct Connect, please note that only Edward Jones can escalate Direct Connect data delivery issues, as the data comes directly from their servers.
