Multi-item Select in Bill Reminders

Recently, hundreds and hundreds (perhaps upwards of 1,000) duplicate bill reminders have mysteriously appeared in my Quicken data file (Quicken Classic Windows, R65.17). I spent hours and hours manually deleting them. Now another set of hundreds of different reminders has magically appeared.

Your automated FIN support system advised me to CTRL-click on them to multi-select them, so I can delete them all at once. After wasting most of an hour trying this, repeatedly rebooting my system, etc., your system confirmed that this was, in fact, NOT a feature of your system, and can be done only in my transaction register.

Your human support agents (Aroldo, Juan and supervisor Enrique) confirmed that this is, in fact, NOT a feature, and advised me that I will have to delete them one at a time, a chore that will again take hours and hours.

This is not acceptable.

Therefore, I request that the CTRL-click feature be implemented immediately in your Manage Bill Reminders function. I request that this be implemented on a priority basis. I realize that it will take weeks or even a few months to implement this.

I request that I be kept apprised of the status of this request.
