repeatedly getting OL-221-A and Ol 221-B messages,

I am with The Canadian "Libro Credit Union", and off and on unable to download the transactions into my Windows Classic Quicken, getting the above messages. Can I get a fix on this please ???

    Thank you for reaching out. The OL-221-A and OL-221-B errors can occur when downloading a QFX file directly from your bank’s website if the QFX file they provide has incorrect or unreadable formatting.

    If you are receiving this error when using Web Connect/QFX, it indicates a problem with the file itself, and you will need to contact Libro Credit Union to have them resolve it.
