Built-in auditory alerts and selections for 2FA prompts if encountered during One-Step Update

Background:
We live in a world where an ID and Password are no longer good enough. Two-factor authentication is more and more prevalent… even in a trusted environment like Quicken Classic where I already need to enter 3 passwords to get to the update. Also, we, or at least I, live in a world where the One-Step Update takes… a… long… time. So I often click One-Step Update, enter my password for the password locker, and then switch to another window while it is running. After a bit of time, I have the joy of returning to Quicken to find a pop-up asking me to choose how I want to get a 2FA from my bank. Yippee! More downtime!

I have two suggestions to improve the workflow of this process:

First: Let's add built-in auditory alerts for when quicken needs me to enter 2FA prompts.
Current State:
1. Quicken encounters a need to enter a 2FA (or a need to select how the 2FA is to be delivered)
2. Quicken waits. If One-Step Update is running in a background, the visual alert is also in the background, so I'm unaware that an action is needed on my part.
3. Quicken does not complete the backup and continues to patiently wait. Forever.

Desired solution:
1. Quicken encounters a need to enter a 2FA (or a need to select how the 2FA is to be delivered) while running One-Step update in the background
2. Quicken sends a "Beep" or a "Ding" to the computer's speakers, in addition to the visual prompt
3. I hear the beep, switch Quicken to the top window, and enter my 2FA stuff, and go back to being productive
4. Quicken goes along its merry way, updating my accounts
5. Everyone is happy because there is less downtime wasted while Quicken waits for a user input

Additional functionality:

  1. Users have the ability to toggle on/off the auditory alerts for 2FA prompts (I get that some may not want this feature)
  2. Users have the ability to assign a custom sound from their computer/the cloud for this prompt

Second suggestion:
Use case
I ALWAYS want my 2FA sent to me as a text when using Quicken.

Current state:
When Quicken encounters a 2FA request which allows a choice, Quicken then offers me a choice for this code to be sent to me via text or e-mail. This is an extra click that Quicken should be able to do for me.

Desired solution:
Allow me an option to pre-select this delivery method, so I do not need to enter it every time my bank asks for it.
1. Quicken receives 2FA with a delivery method selection request.
2. Since this delivery method info is stored along with my password in my password vault, Quicken knows how to respond and automatically sends the correct response to the bank
3. Quicken receives a request to enter the 2FA code
4. Quicken "Dings" and displays the visual alert
5. User enters the correct code obtained through the delivery method from step 2
6. Quicken goes along its merry way, updating the accounts

Hope to see this in an update in the near future!
