KeyBank download not working

A few weeks ago KeyBank stopped being able to download. After several re-installations it now goes through the motions and says it is downloading but does not mark the cashed items or list the online balances for savings and checking, which is of course why I would bother to download from the bank. All is clear on the Key Bank side, third party is enabled. Anyone else?

    • Make sure the Sort Order in your account register is set by Date. Sometimes transactions are downloaded but appear in unexpected order.
    • Try Reset at the top of your register to ensure no filters are hiding transactions.
    • Refresh your login session via Help > Refresh Sign-in, then try running a One Step Update again. image.png
    • Check whether the missing transactions are pending on the bank’s website; most banks don’t allow pending transactions to download until cleared.
