Quicken 2017 migrate to new W11 PC

I know theres a few discussions on this already so I wanted to share what finally worked for me.

After 5 or 6 fresh installs and copying programdata files only over what finally worked for me was copying the the hidden programdata folder as well as a Quicken.ini file which was actually in C:\Windows

Also I copied the hidden folders both in Appdata/local as well as Appdata/roaming from the old functional PC.

Launched Quicken normally and it autonatically grabbed my latest file, prompted for password then let me in.
