I have another type of error that I haven't noticed any posts regarding. Over the past couple of days, every time I open Quicken I get an pop-up telling me to re-connect to Citizens. Problem is…. I closed my Citizens accounts three (3) years ago & my access to my old Citizens accounts can no longer be accessed. Add to that, I can't just close the pop-up or cancel. I have to start to process until I can tell it I'll update manually. Then, the next time I open Quicken the same thing happens & I have to repeat the process I described in order to get rid of the pop-up. My choosing update manually doesn't do anything except allowing me to close the pop-up after I check that option within the pop-up. It's like the movie Groundhog Day!

Does anyone know how I can stop the Citizens re-activation pop-up from appearing when I log-in, considering I don't have Citizens accounts any longer??

    Hello @SturgStang,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this problem. The most likely cause of this issue is if one or more of your closed accounts are still trying to connect in Quicken. To check for this, backup your Quicken file, then navigate to Tools>Account List. In the Account List window, if you see an option near the lower left to show hidden accounts, please select that option.

Then, review the list, paying attention to the Transaction Download column. If any of your accounts with Citizens show "Yes" in the Transaction Download column, that means it's still trying to connect in Quicken.

If you have any Citizens accounts that are still trying to connect in Quicken, deactivate those accounts, then test to see if the prompts to reauthorize your accounts stop.

Please let me know how it goes!
