Unable to connect to Quicken Cloud

I have an older version of Quicken 7.10. iMac too old to upgrade OS. Is EBILL not supported anymore on this version of Quicken? My EBILLS are no longer linked & when I try to link them I get a message that I can't connect to Quick cloud. I have tried turning off my firewall with no changes.

I'm a QWin user, not QMac … but I suspect that the problem is that your version of QMac is so old that ANY online connectivity is no longer supported.

This opinion is based upon your BUILD (1st line of your data dump) seeming to be 7.10, when current builds are in the 8.x range.

7.10 isn't all that old - it's from the fall of '24. But as systems change & evolve, it's inevitable that older versions of Quicken are going to lose certain features like Bill Pay that require communicating with Quicken servers. It's possible that this was just some temporary outage (no error for me just now with 8.3 but I don't use Bill Pay) but even if it is the day will come when it becomes permanent.
