One step update not working

I see others are experiencing the same problem. I have contacted quicken support. I was told it has been escalated but nobody knows what the issue is. I am supposed to get a call back from a manager at tech support on Monday. We'll see what they have to say. At this point, I am not optimistic… Has anyone figured out how to resolve this issue?

    What problem? You never say what it is … so, of course, no one knows how to resolve an unstated problem.
