The issue you are facing is that QWin 2014 was the 1st year where the product needs to be activated on an Intuit server. Intuit sold Quicken in 2016 and the Inuit servers for that have long ago been shut down. I don't know of any way you can get your QWin 2014 to be activated on the Win 11 computer because of that.

The only options I can think of for installing QWin on the Win 11 computer are:

You can download and install a free copy of QWin 2013 Deluxe from https://www.quicken.com/support/how-and-when-use-intermediate-version-convert-older-versions-quicken/ . QWin 2013 is the last year where the product activation process in QWin 2014+ was not required. I do not know if your QWin 2014 data file can be read by the QWin 2013 software but I am guessing it cannot be. You will need to try doing that to find out.

If that doesn't work, you can try to export the QWin 2014 data in QIF format and then to import it into the QWin 2013 program. It is my understanding that this process does work but it can take a fair amount of time "massaging" the imported data to make it all look good.

You can buy a Quicken Classic Deluxe Subscription from Quicken.com or from many retailers.

    • You would qualify for the new subscriber discounts which can be significant if they are currently available. (There was a Black Friday sale going on where there was a 50% discount but I believe that has ended. There will likely be other sales periodically that may be in the 30%-45% discount range….these are usually offered by retailers only.)
    • The Subscription program will be able to convert and read your QWin 2014 data file.
    • The Subscription is good for 1 year. After that to retain full functionality you will need to resubscribe annually.
    • If you do not resubscribe you will be able to continue to use the program manually with no online services but there will be banners on the screen reminding you to resubscribe that cannot be removed without resubscribing. You can read more about this (including what the banners look like) at https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-subscription-membership-faqs/ .
    • If you buy the Subscription and find you do not like it for any reason whatsoever, you can request a full no-questions-asked refund. Just note that this refund can only be requested within the 1st 30 days. After that, no refund is available.

The only other option for you that I can think of if you still have that Win 10 computer: Continue to run QWin 2014 on that computer for as long as the computer works.
