Q Premier R65.17 Build 27.1.65.17. This is a recurring problem that I've experienced over the last several years. Several accounts from different institutions, including most recently Chase and PNC, skipped downloads over the course of 2-3 months. One of these is a very active credit card account. Luckily I have set up autopay, so I did not miss a payment. But all transactions including interest credits and Zelle payments were not downloaded for three months. Other accounts worked normally.
Why can't there be an alert when there is a failure to download? Are these not detected? Does the bank have a record of the failed attempt?
This is a chronic issue that should be addressed. It is my main complaint about Quicken. I have been a user since the DOS version in the 80's. Only in the last few years has this issue occurred. I have raised this issue in the past but the problem persists.
