Issue adding info to transaction in my credit card account after it has downloaded.

For some time now, whenever I add infoto my transactions on my credit card account (after they have been cleared) it adds the new info but duplicates said transaction and blots out the transaction below it (if there is one). This will not go away or correct until I let the account sit for a day or so. Sometimes I lose a transaction altogether. At first I thought it was just a freak thing, then waited for an update. After 6 months or so it is still happening and keeps me from having an accurate account of my transactions. Am ready to throw the program out the window but too dependent on it after 25+ years. Am old but not that "brain dead" yet but tried to talk to someone about it quite awhile back and they didn't understand what I was saying. At that point things had corrected themselves so could only explain . It is only with my credit care account. (BofA) Windows version Quicken
