Q Win Canada R65.20 - Budget Sliders not working

I have the Budget item selected for my main view. Since upgrading to R65.20 I no longer see the sliders working on the Category level. The top level slider still shows, but they don't show for each Category.

    In the meantime, I can see that you reverted your Quicken to an earlier version (R40.28). The category bars should display properly in that version.
