Quicken rental property manager 2016

Im trying to find a newer version of quicken that will open the 2016 rental property manager backup file. I just bought a new pc and cant find install disk or transfer it to new pc. I did purchase quicken 1 year subscription for home and office in hopes it would work. Unable to make progress. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting—I can understand how frustrating this is when moving to a new PC.

I took a look on our side and can see that your current subscription is Quicken Classic Premier. Please be aware that Premier does not include the Business & Rental Property features needed to work with Rental Property data.

If the issue you’re running into is that you don’t see rental property tools or you’re unable to access/import rental data, you would need to upgrade to Quicken Classic Business & Personal, which is the only current version that supports rental property management.

That said, please clarify what specific problem you’re hitting, so we’re pointing you in the right direction. Can you clarify a few things for us?

What exactly happens when you try to open or restore the 2016 Rental Property Manager backup?
- Do you get an error message?
- Or does Quicken open, but rental features are missing?
Are you currently able to open Quicken itself on the new PC?

Once we know whether this is a file compatibility issue, a missing feature due to subscription level, or something else entirely, we can give you much more specific guidance on next steps.
