quicken account updating but not appearing in in one step summary

Hi. I have 4 Schwab accounts and all are listed when the one step summary is updating BUT when the update is complete one of my accounts that was shown as updating is not listed in the summary. I confirmed that this missing account is listed and checked off in the OSS settings AND any new transactions are in fact downloaded and appear in the account register. It's just that this one account is not listed in the summary. I tried unchecking all Schwab accounts in OSS, validating file, restarting but so far no fix any ideas? Thanks!

    I'm a bit confused by what you're saying.

    In my One Step Update Summary, the COUNT of accounts at any particular FI is shown (e.g., 1 for Barclay's, etc) … but not the actual accounts. Are you saying that the count is off?

    In my OSS it shows the last few digits of each Schwab account. I see the account in question when updating but when the update is complete that account is no longer present in OSS. In other words, I can't click on the account in OSS to open the register for that account. However, if I navigate to the account directly the new transactions are there. I can also perform a transaction update for that account within the register for that account. This must be a glitch.
