Add ability to restore Essentials Checklist after "Mark as Completed"

It would be great to be able to get the Essentials Checklist back on the Overview screen (or any other place) after it has been "Mark as Completed." It is helpful to be able to walk through all the information and to see if other features or types of accounts/data have been added to the system.
