Synchrony Bank Credit Cards (Sam's Club, Venmo, Walmart's OnePay CashRewards)

Hi Quicken,

Synchrony manages multiple cards for different merchants.

My first Synchrony managed card, Sam's Club, I am able to download transactions using Express Web Connect. Online website is samsclub.syf.com.

For Venmo credit card, I was told it was managed directly by Venmo but they only allow account access through their app not online. I can either use electronic delivery like Express Web Connect or even manual download like QFX file?

For Walmart OnePay CashRewards credit card, similar issue, how do I use electronic delivery or even manual download?

Thank you for reaching out! To answer your question, if there isn't a specific connection option for those cards, and the existing connections don't work, then they likely aren't supported in Quicken. There is an ongoing discussion about being unable to connect Walmart OnePay:

If the Venmo card can be accessed only through Venmo's app, you may need to reach out to Venmo to request they support Quicken.

To manually import transactions, you would want to check the financial institution website to see if they offer downloads using the QFX or Web Connect format. If they do, you can download the file and import it into Quicken. For more information on Web Connect, please see this article: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-activate-web-connect-account/

If QFX/Web Connect isn't an option, if the financial institution offers CSV, that may also be an option. However, since Quicken requires that the file meet strict formatting requirements, it may be a lot of work to manually format it properly for import.
