I have called twice and we can't connect to the bank. I get care code FSP-101. Please help I'm desperate.
Who have you called? Q Support (via the link/info at the top of this page) or the Bank?
DON'T Google "Quicken Support", that will overwhelmingly get you to scam/fraud websites.
And, did you get that error code correct? I'm a QWin user, not QMac … but "FSP …" isn't an error code that I've previously seen referenced here.
