Direct Connection and Syncing Accounts for Mobile & Web

I use the Direct Connection method for my accounts at Fifth Third Bank. This method works great when I download scheduled transactions. (scheduled in the Fifth Third Bank application). Unfortunately, when I use the Direct Connection method I can no longer Sync my Fifth Third accounts. Syncing DOES work when I use the Express Web Connect method, but I no longer get my scheduled transactions downloaded.

My question is, when will the capability be available to Sync Fifth Third Bank accounts via the Mobile & Web functionality when I am using the Direct Connect method?

I am a Windows Classic user on version R65.29, Build 27.1.65.29 & Windows 11 Home.

Fifth/Third has multiple names in Q … some of which currently support Direct Connect, other's don't.

SO, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Financial Institution" column across for the account?

With that info, we can look-up which method your named FI uses.

Also, Direct Connect and Express Web Connect only apply to your connection to the bank itself, not to your connection between desktop Q and Mobile or Web.

"SO, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Financial Institution" column across for the account?": The financial institution listed in the Account List is 'Fifth Third Bank'.

"Direct Connect and Express Web Connect only apply to your connection to the bank itself, not to your connection between desktop Q and Mobile or Web.": Why would I get a CC-501 error when I switch the connection method from Web Connect to Direct Connection then? I worked through this CC-501 issue w/ Support and I was switched back to Web Connect. This allowed me to sync to Mobile & Web. I have since updated my connection method back to Direct Connect.
