my brokerage account stopped updating and it says i need to update a keychain but I cannot find a way to do that. I need to change the user ID and it wont let me, will only let me change the password but both have to be done. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please provide the name of the financial institution you are experiencing this with?
As for needing to update login in info in Keychains—I suggest deactivating the account(s) experiencing this first, then removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts. However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution (and under the same credentials).
After that, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
