I enter all appropriate information. It goes into Pending status.
Verizon will flip to Failed within a few moments, but after it validated.
Spectrum/Charger is still showing Pending but it will eventually fail.
I've read through other reports that are now closed but I didn't find a solution.
The only one that gives me a reason why it won't work is Duke Energy, and that's because I have it set on their website to email me the bill. I'm opting to leave it that way as it appears more reliable than through Quicken at this stage. There are no such options on Verizon or Spectrum other than to opt out of paper, which I have done.
