Missing paper clip icon after adding attachments

Please reopen the discussion with this Title. It was initiated on Nov 10, replied to by Alyssa on Nov 11 and closed on Dec 11.

I have a workaround that works fast and reliably 100% of the time. I have further information that may help Quicken locate and fix the underlying problem that has impacted so many users for so long.
