Vanguard Account Just Switched to Simple Investing

I just updated my accounts from Vanguard. One account seems to have switched to Simple Investing. I have tried resetting it to switch it back to Complete; that did not work. I also tried de-activating it and setting it up again, that didn't work either. Any ideas?

P.S. I have about 3-1/2 years of transactions so deleting the account and re-entering the transactions is not a viable option.

    Hello @keithwibel,

Thanks for the information! To help narrow down what’s happening, could you please clarify what occurs when you go to Tools > Account List, click the Edit button for the affected account, and in the General tab, try switching it back to Complete?

Are there any error messages, does the selection not save, or does something else happen? The more detail you can provide, the better.

    Thank you!
